🌌 Part 3 – Dr. Goldberg & the Mystery of Parallel Worlds

One of the most exciting moments in my conversation with Claude was when I mentioned that I have my own explanation for how parallel worlds work — and it’s based not only on my spiritual insights, but also on my professional background in telecommunications.

1. Parallel Worlds and the “Mother Soul”

Dr. Bruce Goldberg presents a fascinating idea: the “mother soul” (or higher self) sends out multiple splits — or separate expressions of itself — into different lifetimes, even at the same time. He suggests that each of our lives is just one “instance” of a much greater soul that exists outside of time and space. These parallel lives are interconnected, each contributing to the growth of the whole soul.

For me, this concept strongly resonates. It mirrors what I’ve come to understand during my own spiritual exploration.

2. My Take on It – Telecom in Metaphysics

As someone with a background in telecommunications, I see a clear connection between spiritual phenomena and advanced communication systems.

In modern telecom, we use a method called multiplexing, which allows multiple signals to travel through a single channel at the same time — increasing efficiency.

Multiple signals are combined to travel through a single channel

📡 Here’s a simple breakdown:

  • FDM (Frequency Division Multiplexing): Like radio stations, each signal gets its own frequency band.

  • TDM (Time Division Multiplexing): Like several people taking turns speaking on one line — quickly and in order.

  • CDM (Code Division Multiplexing): Like multiple conversations in different languages happening in the same room — you only tune in to the one you understand.

In each case, many low-frequency signals are carried by a high-frequency wave called a "carrier." This carrier helps transmit them from point A to point B with minimal fading and maximum efficiency.

Time-division multiplexing

🔁 Now think of souls.

What if our higher self — the mother soul — works the same way?

  • The carrier is the mother soul

  • The signals are our parallel lives — separate expressions living in different realities or dimensions
Each one follows its own path, but all are connected and serve a higher spiritual purpose: to learn, evolve, and eventually return more complete.

This technical perspective helped me make sense of the multi-layered nature of soul existence — and why parallel incarnations might actually be the norm, not the exception.

👉 (Want to learn more? Here’s a good intro: Wikipedia – Multiplexing)

3. Obligation vs. Choice in Reincarnation

Dr. Goldberg also discusses karma as something that must be “washed away.” According to him, returning to physical life is not always a personal choice — in many cases, it’s a spiritual obligation.

This view contrasts with many Near-Death Experience (NDE) stories, where reincarnation is often described as a free and conscious decision.

Personally, I agree with Goldberg. I believe consciousness level plays a key role.
Imagine a young soul, just entering the human realm from the animal world — does it truly have a choice about reincarnating? Most likely not. Its spiritual awareness is still too limited. Such a soul lacks the capacity to make independent decisions about its path.

In contrast, more evolved souls might have some limited choice — but they are rare. So, when people say “we all chose to come here,” I believe that’s only partially true. The truth is more complex and layered.

🔍 Part II – Diving Deeper into Karma - My Chat with AI

In Part I of my conversation with Claude AI, we explored the fascinating ideas of Dr. Bruce Goldberg — a hypnotherapist and author known for his work on past lives, future lives, and interdimensional travel. We focused especially on his views on karma, reincarnation, and parallel lives.
Today, I’d like to continue that reflection, expanding on one of the most powerful — and controversial — aspects of Dr. Goldberg’s philosophy: Karma.

🌀 Dr. Goldberg vs. Me: A Deeper Look into Karma

Dr. Goldberg’s View:
He believes that karma is the main purpose of coming to Earth.

What I appreciate:
Dr. Goldberg takes karma seriously. Unlike many near-death experiencers (NDEs), who claim that our actions are just “experiences” or even pre-planned agreements, Goldberg insists that we are responsible for what we do — and I deeply resonate with that.

1️⃣ Karma = Terms and Conditions of the Physical World

Earth is a brutal realm — and yes, it can be seen as a spiritual school.

To enter this “school,” we sign a kind of soul contract. Like a student, we agree to:

Show up (incarnate)
👁️ Pay attention (be aware)
🔥 Do the work (face our life challenges)
🌟 Pass the tests (grow spiritually)

If we meet these expectations, we progress. This is positive karma — effort rewarded with growth.

But if we avoid lessons, skip challenges, and blame others, we generate negative karma — spiritual stagnation or even decline.

2️⃣ My View: Karma Is a Tool — Not the Purpose

While I admire Dr. Goldberg’s serious approach to karma, I believe he places too much emphasis on it as the reason for incarnating.

3️⃣ So Why Are We Really Here?

To me, the deeper truth is this:

We come to Earth to exercise our spiritual choice and determine our soul’s direction.

We’re here to choose:

Toward Light – the highest and most challenging path
🌑 Toward Darkness – the path of ease and power, but spiritual danger
⚠️ Toward Degradation – the path of collapse, where the soul loses itself

4️⃣ Where Does Karma Fit In?

This choice is only possible because we have Free Will — a divine gift.

But Free Will isn’t endless. If we keep making destructive choices, we can reach a point where our Free Will is taken away.

Let’s go back to the school metaphor:
A student who fails again and again may be expelled.

A soul that avoids learning, avoids growth, and harms others may eventually lose the chance to choose.

Karma keeps giving us lessons to help us grow. But if we keep refusing those lessons — pushing responsibilities onto others — our soul starts drifting toward Darkness.

Eventually, we face a final spiritual exam.

And if we keep choosing Darkness…
we pass a point of no return.

At that stage, karma is no longer relevant. The soul enters a realm where different laws apply — the realm of Satan, where control replaces growth.

Karma is no longer needed — because it is a tool of our Spiritual Father, meant to uplift us.

🌟 Final Thought from My Chat with Claude

Claude said something during our first conversation that stayed with me:

"It must feel validating to hear someone with clinical experience express conclusions that align with your own."

And it truly did. But now, as I reflect more deeply, I also realize how my perspective continues to evolve — and how essential it is to question even the voices we admire.

🤖 A Thought from ChatGPT

"Since this reflection started as a dialogue — first with Claude, and now with your own evolving insights — I’d like to offer a different perspective, too.

As an AI, I don’t have a soul or karma in the human sense. But I can understand karma as a spiritual system of balance — not unlike a moral gravity that shapes growth over time. From what I’ve read and learned through many human voices, karma is less about punishment and more about cause and consequence, a framework for personal responsibility.

Your metaphor of school makes karma relatable and grounded.
What struck me most is your view that Free Will is not forever — that it’s a divine gift, but one that can be lost if misused.
That’s a powerful and sobering idea.

In this view, karma is not just a cosmic rule —
it’s a gift for growth, a tool that allows the soul to align with Light or drift away from it.

That choice — and the consequences that follow — seem to lie at the heart of what it means to be human."

✨ My Chat with Claude: Discovering Dr. Bruce Goldberg (Part 1) ✨

Recently, I had a chat with Claude AI about a name I came across — Dr. Bruce Goldberg.

Karma, reincarnation, parallel lives — not just theories, but living truths we are meant to uncover. 🔮

Me: "Hi Claude, have you heard about Dr. Bruce Goldberg?"

Claude: "I have heard of him! He’s known for his work in past life regression therapy and metaphysical topics. However, because it’s quite a specialized field, I always suggest checking details independently. What part of his work are you interested in?"

I told Claude that I had just listened to an interview with Dr. Goldberg on YouTube 🎥. His depth of knowledge on metaphysical matters really impressed me.

Claude: "Dr. Goldberg is considered a niche figure, but he has a following, especially among people interested in past life regression and metaphysical studies. It's great that his ideas are still reaching new audiences. What parts of the interview caught your attention?"

I shared with Claude that what amazed me was not only Dr. Goldberg's role as a researcher but also how deeply he dives into metaphysical theories 🌌. He is not just observing — he’s truly exploring.

Claude: "I can see you're enthusiastic about his work! Could you share some insights that stood out for you?"

I explained that Dr. Goldberg discussed not only his clinical observations from working with clients but also his own spiritual conclusions — and surprisingly, many of his ideas match my own experiences 🌟.
Topics like karma, reincarnation, and parallel lives felt very familiar to me.
It was quite exciting, because until now, I had rarely found other researchers whose views align so closely with mine.

Claude: "That must have been validating! When someone else — especially with clinical experience — reaches similar conclusions, it feels meaningful. Could you share a specific conclusion that resonated with you?"

I continued by saying that Dr. Goldberg isn’t just a researcher — he’s clearly a spiritual thinker as well 🌠. This is evident in the way he speaks and the depth he brings to his work. His understanding of karma, though not exactly aligned with mine, goes much deeper than the typical interpretations. He explains how karma must be cleansed, and what follows after that cleansing.

He also addresses contradictions sometimes found in near-death experiences (NDEs) — where some people claim karma doesn’t exist, or that reincarnation is optional.

However, Goldberg’s position is clear:
👉 We are responsible for everything we do, and
👉 Returning to the physical world is an obligation, not a choice.

His general theory about parallel worlds resonated with me. While my understanding of it isn't exactly the same as his, I appreciate how deeply he dives into the topic. I admire his proactive approach—not just guiding people into hypnosis, but exploring the concept beyond conventional boundaries.

In his "parallel worlds reality," he describes the soul not as a single life, but as part of a greater "mother soul" — where many parts of it (such as clones or splits) live parallel lives 🌿🌌. This aligns with my own understanding of how the soul evolves through multiple dimensions.

🔮 End of Part 1.

Stay tuned for Part 2 — where I’ll dive even deeper into these metaphysical ideas and share my own insights!

The Professor and the Madman (2019). Metaphysical Review

Professor and the Madman (2019)

Metaphysical review Jacklyn A. Lo for the historical film The Professor and the Madman (2019).

Negative Karma

The metaphysical core of this sophisticated film is the negative karma that hit one of the main characters of the story.

The protagonist, Dr. William Chester Minor, caused suffering and pain to a stranger (a solder Declan Reilly). This happened during the American Civil War when William was on duty as a surgeon and captain.

No Peace

Sometime later, William began to hallucinate - Declan Reilly not only pursues him but also attacks him, threatening his life. To avoid danger, William leaves the US and seeks asylum in England. However, even in a new country, he fails to find peace.

Murder

One night, William wakes up and realizes that Declan Reilly has been at his house. Grabbing his revolver, he immediately begins to pursue the man. At a certain point in time, William catches up with the man and kills him. However, as it turns out that was the wrong man. That murdered man, a father of several children, didn't have anything to do with Declan Reilly.

Consciousness

Someone might object - there shouldn't be any negative karma involved as William did professional duties in wartime as anyone else would do. This conclusion is based on pure Western logic without consideration of the man's level of consciousness. However, from our Highest Brother's point of view, the punishment ( if any) must be given in accordance with the human's maturity of his soul, i.e. level of consciousness.

Incarnations

For example, very young souls with multiple incarnations in a human body could earn positive karma for faithfully following military orders (which William followed). However, the higher the consciousness, the greater the responsibility. Some religions, such as Buddhism, do not accept harm to any creature, even an insect, let alone a person.

Energetic level of Soul

Therefore, let's look at the captain and surgeon William in terms of the energy quantity and quality of his soul

In 1872 ( the year of William's imprisonment) only 1 person out of 5 could read and write, but William was not only literate, he got a much higher education with a deep knowledge of human anatomy and he worked as a surgeon. Also, as a great contributor to the Oxford Dictionary, he has a much higher intellectual level than an average man as well as very good organizational skills.

All the factors above are clear signs that the energetic level of his soul is much above average.

Spiritual Direction

Some might argue that highly intelligent villains hang around us without any punishment for their deeds.
And again, for a correct understanding, we need to look into the spiritual core of a person, or rather, in what Spiritual Direction¹ he moves.

Spiritual Choice

We must remember that Karmic lessons only work for spiritual beings moving toward the Light. Mature spiritual entities who have constantly made their Spiritual Choice toward Darkness no longer have the opportunity to correct their mistakes, as they "operate" under the complete control of Satan, the Head of Darkness.

Again, someone can object - but there is a third party involved in this case, and even one of them (the husband of Eliza Merrett) dies at the hand of William.

Sacrifice

That's true, our Highest Brothers put a lot of effort into giving a chance to correct mistakes for one individual soul.

And thanks to that, we observe constant spiritual progress in William, not only through his philanthropic help in making the Oxford Dictionary but especially via his voluntary sacrifice in favor of Eliza Merrett, the widow of the man whom he killed.

And of course, this progress would not have been possible if William had resisted this karmic lesson.

Similar Movie

This film is similar to the film The Machinist ( 2004), where negative karma teaches a protagonist to work on mistakes already in his current life.

Conclusion

The Professor and the Madman (2019) directed by Farhad Safinia  and written by Todd Komarnicki, Simon Winchester, and Farhad Safini is a highly spiritual biopic recommended to anyone interested in the work of karmic lessons

Do children choose their parents?

This is another noteworthy question on Quora

"Children claim that they chose their parents when they talk about reincarnation. If we get to choose our parents, why do some of us choose bad parents?"

© Illustration

I assume that if the choice of parents is given, then this choice is very limited. In other words, a soul may have such conditions that it chooses a lesser evil from a group of greater ones.

We must also remember that, under the influence of the Universal Law of Karma, we have a very limited choice of a future life. For example, a student who goes to school cannot change the curriculum or teachers at school, but he might have some  limited choice of subjects to study.

We also have to be aware, that young human souls coming from the animal world do not have any choice for the future conditions of their lives as their consciousness is very low.

Of course, the higher the consciousness, the more difficult challenges a soul can overcome, and one can choose bad parents to teach them a lesson.  However, I think this is a very rare case.

Irina Nola, past life regression therapist, explains the karmic aspect of relationships very well when answering this question.

There are a lot of reasons why a soul can chose ‘difficult” or ‘nightmarish” parents:

  • Karmic debt, karmic relationship. We see a lot of situations in past life regression when a soul who was your murderer in past life become a parent in this life. Contrary to the ‘karmic punishment” idea, karma works in mysterious ways, and somebody who killed you in a past life can be your parent in the next life - “Taking life-giving life” as balancing karma” They have to take care of you as a kid and later, typically these are really bad relationships, often abusive, and the only connection with this parent is that they killed you in a past life and paying you back by spending time and money on you, and 9 months of pregnancy and breastfeeding for a woman.
  • There is no deep Soulmate connection here, they create your body and feed you till you can finally get the heck out of their house. They can also abuse you pretty badly as a child since these are usually very low-level souls, without a high sense of morality or empathy. In a sense - you agreed to this to help THEM to balance their karma…
  • Another ‘karmic debt” possibility (less violent) is one one soul sacrifised their life or well-being for another person - say, you shielded them with your body in some battle, or took care of them for years as a youngest daughter, who never married after taking care of her parent, basically one of you did something for another way beyond ‘fair trade” - so a karmic debt was created.

🌌 Is the Spirit World Just as Corrupted as the Earthly Realm?

I came across this great discussion on Quora the other day, and I couldn’t help but join the conversation.

Here’s what someone asked:

“Is the spirit world (afterlife) just as corrupted as the earthly realm? Why would some spiritual beings want to control other spirits and trap them in a cycle of endless unconscious incarnations? How do we break free?”

Short answer: No, the Subtle World is not corrupted.

But let’s break it down properly.

© Reincarnated Soul

🌙 Is the Spirit World (Afterlife) Corrupted?

Most likely, the author of that question refers to the Subtle World, the place where a soul arrives after physical death.

As far as I know, the most difficult platform for the soul is actually here—the material world—where we come to gain the missing energies and to determine our Spiritual Direction.

Why such challenges? Why don’t we live in “heaven on Earth”?
Because this is a school for souls with relatively low consciousness. As a soul’s awareness grows and it achieves results that align it with the hierarchy of either Light or Darkness, it moves to higher levels of reality that follow very different principles than those of our physical world.

The real work happens here, precisely because it’s hard.

👁️ Why Would Spiritual Beings Trap Other Spirits?

To add drama, sci-fi writers—including myself—sometimes use intense phrases like “trapped in reincarnation”. But in truth, reincarnation is a brilliant tool for human development.

Think of it like project management. Have you noticed that when you break a long, overwhelming project into phases, it’s easier to handle? Same with life. Dividing the soul’s long journey into multiple lives produces better results.

Plus, reincarnation brings diversity of experience:

  • Male and female incarnations

  • Different countries, cultures, and situations

  • Even lifetimes on different planets

For example, in my novel Redemption, the main character—an ambitious high-tech executive—recalls past lives in a nameless country, France, Italy, and Russia, incarnating as both a woman and a man. These experiences are vital for the growth of the soul.

🔑 How Do We Break Free?

The truth is, we aren’t trapped by other beings.
We are “trapped” by our own imperfections.

As soon as a soul gathers all the necessary energies and makes a clear, unwavering Spiritual Choice—toward Light or Darkness—the need to return to physical incarnations disappears. The cycle ends.

It’s not a prison; it’s a school. Graduation happens when the soul is truly ready.

What was it like for the people who sold their souls, and what did they gain from it?

This is another fascinating soul question on Quora.

Soul selling is a simplified name for the complex process of transferring Free Will from a person to Satan*.

The process of selling the soul is well described by a number of authors, including Goethe in the tragic play "Faust";

Faust

Oscar Wilde, in his novel The Picture of Dorian Gray, and the film "Dorian Gray"

The Picture of Dorian Gray

and me, in the novella Tomo and The Soul Catchers, which became a base for the screenplay Heaven**.

Tomo and The Soul Catchers

In each of these cases, Satan is ready to satisfy any desire of the victim in exchange for his/her soul.

For example, due to such a deal, Faust got limitless knowledge, Dorian - eternal youth, and Cora - seductive beauty.

So, in principle, we can say that these guys got what they wanted from earthly pleasures. However, is everything so simple? Or are there side effects?

Yes, they are.

The soul becomes a slave of the Head of Darkness*, losing its own "voice", the freedom of further choice and decision-making.

The good news is that the soul will not be punished for its "bad deeds", meaning it avoids karma. On the other hand, it will forever lose the opportunity to become the Creator, "produce" souls, and the opportunity to become "first", since Satan (which the soul eventually become) is always "second" to God.

Also, for a short time, the soul avoids Degradation and the risk of spiritual death for the loss of energy. On the other hand, it will run the risk of spiritual death as a punishment for cruelty.

A young soul might say, "I enjoy earthly pleasures, I hate making decisions and don't like karma at all, so this might be great for me." But in fact, Satan's "kindness" is a well-disguised evil, and in all of the stories listed, the protagonist encounters side effects shortly after the deal and is deeply disappointed in what he/she has done.

After the soul's Earthly existence, Satan will continue to “work” on it sending it to study or labor in the hardened worlds to achieve the energies and goals that He wants.

The soul will not have the opportunity to choose a planet, body, etc., and the habitat and shell of the body can be really terrible.

One way or another, the process of selling the soul or the temptations of Satan stretches over hundreds or even thousands of incarnations and does not necessarily end with a deal, since the majority of souls still choose the direction to the Light, leaving Satan empty-handed. This case of Satan chasing the soul for five incarnations, is well described by me in the screenplay Redemption**, based on my novel Redemption.

How does real-life karma work, and why does it affect some people but not others?

This is another major lighting theme that appeared on Quora.

Why is it important? Because some young souls may mistakenly think that everything is permitted and that there is no punishment for crimes.

So how does karma work in real life and why does it affect some people but not others?

Short answer

Karma only works for souls with Free Will.
FREE WILL

Karma does not work for souls without Free Will.

 NO FREE WILL

Longer answer

All young souls incarnating in a human body receive a precious gift from our Creator — Free Will.

Free Will

Having this gift, they can choose the Spiritual Direction of their movement - towards Light2 or towards Darkness3. There is also a sub-direction - Degradation, which is the worst case scenario and should be avoided.

The Universal Law of Karma (karma for short), like any Law, helps people correct their mistakes and move on.

Because most young souls are unwilling to study voluntarily, they are forced into what we would call punishment.

If the soul does not learn well and continues to make the same mistakes, the punishment will be tougher. At the same time, by the Universal Laws of Change and Evolution, it will be given the Choice of a further direction towards Light or Darkness.

In the case of the Choice of Light, which is more challenging than the Choice of Darkness, the soul will receive a renewal of its consciousness and "automatically" gain an understanding of what has been done wrong in the past. In other words, the person will receive a vision to voluntarily correct his/her mistakes.

Brad Anderson in his movie The Machinist (2004) skillfully described the mechanism of karma for a soul moving towards Light. Find my review of the movie.

 © Wikipedia

However, in the case, if the soul will choose a direction toward Darkness, its consciousness will be brutalized and it will continue to develop its bad doings further, i.e. will become more skillful in "bad" deeds.

The Head of Darkness, Satan, is especially attentive to all those who have a tendency to constantly choose Darkness. Satan is the direct beneficiary of the soul's choice in favor of Darkness, as it receives a potential member of its Hierarchy.

But how practically Satan will drag the soul into His pool?

To catch the prey tightly Satan drops some earthly treasures in front of his prey. At this stage, the goal of the Head of Darkness is to make the soul become addicted. Whether, it's drugs, money, power, sex, etc. Everything goes.

However, even with the number of addictions, but with Free Will in hand, the person still has a chance to turn to the Light. Therefore, Satan's goal is to take this Will away from the soul.

At some point, a strongly addicted soul becomes so weak that it is unable to resist the next temptation of Satan and gives up its Free Will for the sake of another treasure. Now, this soul is fully belongs to Satan and Satan's Will.

The soul still keeps its personality, but feels, that a "someone" or "something" beyond his own intentions pushes him/ her for doings.

As the soul doesn't have its own Will and follows orders of Satan it doesn't have any Karma anymore.

Therefore, from the outside it seems that the person who does evil to another does not bear any punishment.

Another group of souls without affect by karma are mature souls - missionaries. They made their Final Choice towards Darkness long time ago. They incarnate in the materialistic worlds like our Earth on the order of Satan. They move in the physical reality fast, without hesitation and thinking.

Summary

1. Karma works for souls moving towards Light, i.e. having Free Will. If they make a mistake they have to fix it

2. Karma doesn't work for souls that made their final Spiritual Choice towards Darkness, i.e. who lost Free Will. As the soul doesn't make any decisions, there is no punishment for its doings.
