We are what we eat
There is a saying: "We are what we eat".
Unfortunately, not every person understands the deeper meaning of this phrase.
We compare ourselves to the people around us and we encounter folks who have different eating patterns. Time after time, we wonder why people with bad habits live longer than do those who watch what they eat.
Analytic Philosophy
To understand this from the Analytic philosophy point of view is practically impossible.
Soul
However, in addition to the physical body, humans have a spiritual core—i.e. soul, which forms consciousness. All eight billion people living on Earth have different consciousnesses.
Each of them must exchange energies with the Universe. This exchange happens without people's intention to do so.
Individual Consciousness
However, requirements regarding the purity of the energy are different from person to person and are based on the level of individual consciousness.
A lower-conscious individual has a "right" to send less pure energies than does a man with a higher consciousness.
In other words, the higher consciousness demands a supreme quality of energy to send above.
Therefore, health and self-comfort are dependent on the balance between the level of conscious and dedicated food.
Levels of Consciousness
A person with low levels consciousness "works" on dense types of energy vibrations.
These vibrations do not require excellence in either food or water. Eating high-fat, low-quality food does not prevent this person from engaging in his daily routines.
Let's look at a few examples.
Low Consciousness Level 1:
Dedicated food: two-day-old or older food, reheated meals, deep-fried and canned food, cheap alcohol.
Low Consciousness Level 2:
Greasy fast food, soda, cheap beer, tobacco.
Higher consciousness requires cleaner energy channels for transmitting and receiving energy flows. So, the requirements for the quality of the food are higher.
Higher Consciousness Level 1:
Non-separated food (mixed foods like potatoes with meat, cheese with bread, etc.), canned juices, canned fruits, chlorinated boiled water; consumption of raw food is up to 10%.
Just like a water pipe can be blocked by dirt, energy channels can be blocked by impurities in unhealthy food. Disturbed energy flow generates sicknesses.
However, for a high level of consciousness, the requirements for food and water quality are even higher.
6. High Consciousness:
Raw food (70%), sprouted seeds, fruits, vegetables, berries, raw fish, seaweed, sauerkraut, nuts, dry fruits and berries, unrefined oils, pure water from mountains or distilled water.

Now imagine that a person with higher consciousness persists with bad eating patterns.
The energy flow between this person and the Higher World is not as smooth as it should be. So, at a certain point, the person will suffer from an energy imbalance.
As a result, fatigue, bad moods and loss of energy will appear at the emotional level, affecting the physical body and forcing it to become sick.
Therefore, to stay "safe", healthier eating habits must slowly but steadily be incorporated into one’s daily life.
