Fighting the Virus. Defence Dentifrice and Mouthwash

Pic 1. Preparation of dentifrice

To be well, we need protection from infections and virus for every day.
The easiest way to archive it is by creating a daily defence routine.

In this article, I introduce a recipe for an affordable Defence Dentifrice and Mouthwash, a great help to stay healthy.

Dentifrice ( tooth-power)

You need:
Ginger powder - 2 teaspoons
Clove powder - 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder - 3 teaspoons
An empty jar, for example from a face cream.
A teaspoon

Preparation of the dentifrice:
Mix well all the three ingredients in the clean jar ( pic. 1-2).

Pic. 2.  Ready defence dentifrice powder

Use::
  1. Rinse a toothbrush under the water.
  2. Soak the toothbrush into the defence dentifrice.
  3. Brush off any excess tooth-powder.
  4. Add a small amount of toothpaste ( pic.3).

Pic 3. Defence dentifrice with toothpaste

Brush your teeth 2-3 times per day.

A tip: use a toothpaste without strong flavour, preferably organic.

1. Why clove?
Clove powder is high in antioxidants and can kill bacteria.

Discard clove if you have high blood pressure.

2. Why Ginger?
Ginger powder has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

3. Why Cinnamon?
Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants.  Also, it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Don't have clove?  Use a mix of the ginger and cinnamon powders.
Don't have ginger?  Use a mix of the clove and cinnamon powders.

You can also use only cloves or ginger. However, they are very spicy and cinnamon softens the pungent taste of dentifrice.

Mouthwash

You need:
Tea tree oil
Water
A glass

Pic 4. Tea-tree oil and glass of water

Preparation:
Dissolve five drops of tea tree oil in the glass of water ( approximately two deciliters).

Why tea-tree oil?
Tea-tree oil has luxurious antibacterial and antiseptic properties.
It also whitens your teeth.

Pic 6. Tea Tree Oil

A tip: since there are fakes, buy tea tree oil only in organic stores specializing in the sale of high-grade products. The price for the high-quality tea tree oil (10 ml) starts from five euros ( 5 USD dollars).

Use of the recipes is the self-responsibility of the reader.

Fighting the Virus. Defence Ginger

Antioxidant

Fresh ginger is an excellent antioxidant; therefore, it's a cool protector against various diseases, including infection, i.e. virus.

However, it is quite pungent and spicy, so it's not very pleasant to eat it raw. As a result,  people prefer whether to skip ginger or to cook it.

But is there any way to enjoy ginger fresh?

Yes, it is!

Ginger Dessert Recipe

Every day I have three big spoons of the raw ginger dessert at the end of my breakfast, and this is my recipe.

For three big spoons of the dessert from raw ginger, you need the following ingredients:

  • Ginger: about 2,5 cm
  • Lime: 1/2
  • Liquid honey: about two small spoons

Step-by-step

1. Cut a piece from the ginger root ( the length depends on root thickness) and cut half the lime.

2. Wash the ginger and the lime.

3. Peel the ginger and cut the lime on four smaller pieces

4. Cut the ginger on the tiny pieces.

5. Fill a big spoon with ginger, moisten it with lime juice and squeeze a small portion of honey on it.

You can eat it plain, with turmeric or cinnamon

It's not only super healthy, but it's super enjoyable too!

And, by the way, lime and honey are great staff to boost your defence mechanism as well.

Stay healthy!

A hint:

Cut the lime peels, which were left, on the smaller portions and add them into a cup of your coffee or tea. Cover the cup and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.

Squeeze the fourth piece of the lime into the same drink. You will get great taste there.
As a result, you will delight a pleasant fresh taste of the extra antioxidant and vitamin C.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014). Spiritual Movie Review - Jacklyn A.Lo

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014)

The keyword in the movie Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014) is duality.

Duality is a component of low consciousness, where spiritual beings divide the World into two different parts - BLACK and WHITE, GOOD and BAD, WE and THEY, etc.

Consciousness and eating patterns

Still Life of Birger Carlstedt. Photography ©Jacklyn A. Lo

We are what we eat

There is a saying: "We are what we eat".

Unfortunately, not every person understands the deeper meaning of this phrase.

We compare ourselves to the people around us and we encounter folks who have different eating patterns. Time after time, we wonder why people with bad habits live longer than do those who watch what they eat.

Analytic Philosophy

To understand this from the Analytic philosophy point of view is practically impossible.

For example, Western medicine is based on the logic that food is made of calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins and fairly recently discovered vitamins.
The energetic and spiritual impact of the food, for instance, by prana, is totally ignored by the Western mentality.

Soul

However, in addition to the physical body, humans have a spiritual core—i.e. soul, which forms consciousness.
All eight billion people living on Earth have different consciousnesses.

Each of them must exchange energies with the Universe. This exchange happens without people's intention to do so.

Individual Consciousness

However, requirements regarding the purity of the energy are different from person to person and are based on the level of individual consciousness

A lower-conscious individual has a "right" to send less pure energies than does a man with a higher consciousness.

In other words, the higher consciousness demands a supreme quality of energy to send above.

Therefore, health and self-comfort are dependent on the balance between the level of conscious and dedicated food.

Levels of Consciousness

A person with low levels consciousness "works" on dense types of energy vibrations.
These vibrations do not require excellence in either food or water. Eating high-fat, low-quality food does not prevent this person from engaging in his daily routines.

Let's look at a few examples.

Low Consciousness Level 1:
Dedicated food: two-day-old or older food, reheated meals, deep-fried and canned food, cheap alcohol.

Low Consciousness Level 2:
Greasy fast food, soda, cheap beer, tobacco.

Higher consciousness requires cleaner energy channels for transmitting and receiving energy flows. So, the requirements for the quality of the food are higher.

Higher Consciousness Level 1:

Non-separated food (mixed foods like potatoes with meat, cheese with bread, etc.), canned juices, canned fruits, chlorinated boiled water; consumption of raw food is up to 10%.

Fish in breadcrumbs with salad and rice

Higher Consciousness Level 2:
Separated food, i.e. meat and vegetables, cheese and berries; fine wine, water from mountains, raw food 15-25%.

A warm vegetarian meal with a salad

5. Higher Consciousness Level 3:
Eating patterns are based on Ayurveda.
Food according to the energy patterns in the body
vegetarian, fresh juices, raw food 25-35%.

Vegetable salad with sauce

Just like a water pipe can be blocked by dirt, energy channels can be blocked by impurities in unhealthy food. Disturbed energy flow generates sicknesses.

However, for a high level of consciousness, the requirements for food and water quality are even higher.

6. High Consciousness:
Raw food (70%),
sprouted seeds, fruits, vegetables, berries, raw fish, seaweed, sauerkraut, nuts, dry fruits and berries, unrefined oils, pure water from mountains or distilled water.

Raw fish with vegetables and seaweed

Now imagine that a person with higher consciousness persists with bad eating patterns.
The energy flow between this person and the Higher World is not as smooth as it should be. So, at a certain point, the person will suffer from an energy imbalance

As a result, fatigue, bad moods and loss of energy will appear at the emotional level, affecting the physical body and forcing it to become sick.

Therefore, to stay "safe", healthier eating habits must slowly but steadily be incorporated into one’s daily life.

OTHER WAYS TO RAISE CONSCIOUSNESS

There are also other ways to raise personal consciousness.

4. MIGRATION

If one person forms an individual consciousness, then a group of people molds a collective consciousness

For example, a collective consciousness might belong to a small group of people such as a tribe, a sect, a club, a country, or to several countries, etc. Each of them has its own collective consciousness. And this consciousness varies from country to country.

There are 195 countries on Earth and some countries have lower consciousness than others.

Migrating from a country with a lower consciousness to a country with a higher consciousness will raise your consciousness.

Consequently, a person born in an environment with a lower consciousness (some African countries, part of the Asian continent, etc.) has a chance to raise his consciousness in countries with higher consciousness (Singapore, Australia, Western Europe, USA, etc.).

As a result, this method has some great advantages, such as low risk and achieving a higher level of consciousness in a relatively short time.

However, there are drawbacks, and the biggest of them is the limited level of the collective consciousness of the country into which the person emigrated.

5. CURIOSITY

You can raise your consciousness with the help of curiosity and the study of everything above physical reality.

As a result, the interest in the metaphysical, supernatural, channeled phenomenon, etc. creates an opportunity to eliminate ignoranceTherefore, you will move on to a deeper understanding of the spiritual realm.

For example, L. Strelnikova, L. Seklitova,  started interacting with a Subtle World of basic curiosity. However, during the 30 years of continuous channeling and hard work to understand the esoteric information, they enlarged their personal level of consciousness and published over 60 esoteric books.

This method is risk-free and fun, but it takes a long time.

6. PRAYERS

Prayers are a powerful tool for cleaning our thin shells.
As a result, it cleanses us and gives us a chance to rise above materialistic values.

Some people, moving away from the bustle of the crowd, became saints, spending a lot of time in prayers.  As a result of the purification, they raised their consciousness and gained access to the Subtle World during their physical life.

The biggest advantage of this method is low risk. On the other hand, it is a laborious way that also requires trust in the Higher Powers.

7. INVOCATIONS

Some of the channelers, such as Kim Michaels, provide a set of tools with invocations and degrees.

Invocations and degrees. look like a mixture of powerful prayers and affirmations that help boost individual and collective consciousnessI've heard about the positive change in the collective consciousness of one of the countries thanks to the invocations and degrees made by a large group of people.

The advantage of this methodology is low risk. On the other hand, it is time-consuming and requires trust in a channeler.

TO SUM UP

In conclusion, the Spiritual Choice toward Light is the most efficient way to raise consciousness, however,  it's the riskiest one.

On the other hand, the best result will be obtained using all the methods in combination.

MAIN WAYS TO EVOLVE CONSCIOUSNESS

The Girl With Vision. Photography © Jacklyn A. Lo

Like anything in the Universe, our Consciousness is a subject of Evolution and Devolution.

According to my observations, there are three main ways to evolve consciousness.

1. Personalized Answers & Questions

Always look for answers to your personal questions. The Internet, books, films, or people - all of these sources - are a great opportunity to find out your personal truth. Each answer to your question will increase the share of your wisdom and decrease the share of your ignorance.

However, this method has some disadvantages. Firstly, this is a long-term development; secondly, you must remain focused and you also need good luck.

2. Vipassana Meditation

About 2600 years ago, Gautama Buddha gave people the technique that we call Vipassana meditation today.

Gautama practiced various meditation techniques until he began the Vipassana - "to see things as they are."

This meditation allows you to learn to control your mind and purify your inner repository - the subconscious.  As a result, a balanced mind and cleaned from impurities subconscious are the goals of this process.

Therefore, we can call Vipassana meditation a high-speed path because it allows you to get rid of the impurity in your subconscious in a relatively short period of time. For Gautama, for instance, it took only one day.

Summing up, the cleaner subconscious allows running through your life project lighter, with fewer errors and attachments. Therefore, the saved time and energy will go to the evolution of consciousness.

However, there are some disadvantages to this methodology as well. For instance, you have to regularly practice meditation; besides, there is physical pain from the long sits; moreover, there are some side effects.

3. Choice of Light

A Spiritual Choice towards Light is a shortcut to enlightenment and consequently full liberation from your reincarnation chain.

What is Spiritual Choice?

For example,  at a certain moment in life, one faces a situation of Spiritual Choice*. The spiritual choice is a test for an individual to define a further direction of movement – to Light or to Darkness. The principle of the choice is based on Free Will, which our Creator generously gave to an Individual.

Most importantly, the right choice provides you with an upgrade of your Consciousness. The best reference to how Spiritual Choice affects a human is described in the fictional novel Redemption.

Sample

These three ways for the improvement of our consciousness can be compared by traveling by car.

The first way (Questions & Answers) can be compared to traveling along a countryside road with a 40 km/hour speed limit, i.e. slow.

The second option (Vipassana) is as driving along a highway with a speed limit of 120 km/hour, i.e. faster.

While the third option, the Choice of Light, is a shortcut. The shorter alternative route allows you to save time and gasoline, and as a result, to arrive at a destination much earlier than using two other methods.

The best result, however, is achieved by a combination of all three methods.

To be continued...

* Note: some people have no spiritual choice because they have already made a final choice of the direction toward Darkness and, as a result, have lost the ability to have free will.

OUR LOW CONSCIOUSNESS

The Girl With Vision. Photography © Jacklyn A. Lo

We are all gathered here, on this dense planet, due to our low consciousness.

life scenario

Each of us receives an individual life scenario as a present at birth.
As a result, everyone gets the opportunity to correct errors and misdeeds made in previous lives.

evolution

This allows us to continue our movement to the next level of evolution.
Unfortunately, because of our limited vision, clearing our previous karma does not eliminate the new stream of errors.

incarnation

Therefore, we are forced to incarnate again and again.
But is there a way to eliminate the shortcomings accumulated in the past, and at the same time prevent new errors?
Yes, there is!

vision

An ideal scenario would be to improve personal vision.
Vision is a direct product of consciousness.

consciousness level 1

For example, imagine you were born on the ground floor of a building, and your vision is limited to the view from your window.
Therefore, you think that this is the only reality that exists.
You see the courtyard in front of your window, a tree, and a small path to the forest.
So, you make decisions based on this picture. You are not aware of opportunities that go beyond that.

consciousness level 2

Now imagine that at some point in your life you moved to the 10th floor of the same building.
Accordingly, the picture from the window has changed. Now you can see the whole park, the lake next to it, a large road and the city.
Thus, this point of view gives you a better vision and greater opportunities.

consciousness level 3

Next, imagine that you are moving to the 100th floor. Now you can see another city behind the lake, several highways, the coast, and even another country.

As a result, you will find new opportunities beyond your imagination.

to sum up

Summing up, we can say that the floors of the building are levels of consciousness, and the view from the window is your vision of a life project.
Thus, improving consciousness gives you better vision, which helps you move through life more efficiently and with fewer errors.

To be continued...

"Ask, and it will be given to you;
Seek, and you will find;
Knock, and it will be opened to you."

- Holy Bible
