Fighting the Virus. Defence Garlic Shot

Pic. 1 Preparation for Defence Garlic Shot

Any pathogen, including the virus, is very insidious and can lurk in an organism waiting for a weakening of the immune system.

Therefore, it's essential to recognise the coming sickness and to increase the capability of self-defence in the most efficient way.

One of the most potent ways to do it is a Defence Garlic Shot.

Defence Garlic Shot Recipe

You will need (Pic. 1):
  • one large or two-three smaller cloves of garlic
  • one teaspoon of honey ( preferably organic)
  • a glass of warm water (2dl / 3/4 US cup)
  • a Garlic Press*
  • a tablespoon

Step 1: Choose a quality head of garlic. Separate one large clove or 2-3 smaller ones. Peel the garlic and crush the cloves in the garlic press.

You can also crush garlic with a knife or with a mortar and pestle, but a garlic press provides a more delicate crush; therefore, it's easier to swallow the shot.

Step 2: Allocate the crushed garlic on the tablespoon.

Step 3: Pour a teaspoon of the liquid honey on the top of crushed garlic.

Step4: Prepare warm water. The best temperature of the water is the temperature of your blood - around 37°C/ 98°F. You can check the temperature by your finger - it shouldn't be too warm or cold.

Step 5: Quickly swallow the Defence Garlic Shot and drink it with a glass of warm water (Pic.3).

The Defence Garlic Shot is not the most enjoyable meal to have, but one of the most efficient methods to prevent a boost of an infection.  It kills not only multiplication of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses but also a variety of parasites

Why Garlic?

Garlic can prevent infection inside or outside the body.
Laboratory studies confirm that raw garlic has antibacterial and antiviral properties.

Why crushed garlic?

Freshly crushed or chopped garlic has the most health benefits. Allicin is a compound produced when garlic is crushed or chopped.
Allicin is a defence molecule from garlic with broad antimicrobial activities. It also reduces inflammation and offers antioxidant benefits.

Why honey?

Since ancient times, honey has been used as both food and medicine.
It offers several health benefits including antibacterial and antifungal properties as well as it soothes a sore throat.

Also, honey helps to swallow spicy garlic and protects the gastric mucosa from the garlic's burning.

Why garlic with honey?

The garlic and honey combination slowed or stopped the growth of bacteria that cause illness and infections, including pneumonia.

Why water?

Water helps to swallow the Defence Garlic Shot most easily. Besides, water protects the gastric mucosa from the garlic's burning.
The water temperature of about 37°C/ 98°F is optimal for our stomach and body.

When to take Defence Garlic Shot?

The evening Shot provides one of the highest probability to wake up healthy in the morning. The most efficient result would be if to take it in 2-3 hours after the last meal.

How to remove the smell of garlic?

A disadvantage of the garlic is its smell.
The quickest way to get rid of it is to chew dried coffee beans. The most healthy, however, would be to use dried cloves**.

The Defence Garlic Shot is the most efficient ways to protect yourself from the sickness.
However, it works only for people with healthy gastric mucosa, and people with a stomach ulcer must avoid it.

And Stay Healthy!

Tips:
Check product's reviews for the garlic press, as unfortunately not every brand provides a good quality tool.

** Put two-three cloves into a month. Moisten with saliva and roll in your mouth. Bite them time by time. You can have them for hours.
It not only kills the garlic smell but also disinfects the month.

Use of the recipe is the self-responsibility of the reader.

Fighting the Virus. Defence Ginger

Antioxidant

Fresh ginger is an excellent antioxidant; therefore, it's a cool protector against various diseases, including infection, i.e. virus.

However, it is quite pungent and spicy, so it's not very pleasant to eat it raw. As a result,  people prefer whether to skip ginger or to cook it.

But is there any way to enjoy ginger fresh?

Yes, it is!

Ginger Dessert Recipe

Every day I have three big spoons of the raw ginger dessert at the end of my breakfast, and this is my recipe.

For three big spoons of the dessert from raw ginger, you need the following ingredients:

  • Ginger: about 2,5 cm
  • Lime: 1/2
  • Liquid honey: about two small spoons

Step-by-step

1. Cut a piece from the ginger root ( the length depends on root thickness) and cut half the lime.

2. Wash the ginger and the lime.

3. Peel the ginger and cut the lime on four smaller pieces

4. Cut the ginger on the tiny pieces.

5. Fill a big spoon with ginger, moisten it with lime juice and squeeze a small portion of honey on it.

You can eat it plain, with turmeric or cinnamon

It's not only super healthy, but it's super enjoyable too!

And, by the way, lime and honey are great staff to boost your defence mechanism as well.

Stay healthy!

A hint:

Cut the lime peels, which were left, on the smaller portions and add them into a cup of your coffee or tea. Cover the cup and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.

Squeeze the fourth piece of the lime into the same drink. You will get great taste there.
As a result, you will delight a pleasant fresh taste of the extra antioxidant and vitamin C.
